Hi everyone,

Today I decided to introduce myself and my adorable Siberians. So I am 22 (almost 23) years old student from Lithuania. Before 1.5 year I bought my first Siberian boy

Ivy Glazy Stebuklas*LT (home name Pushkin) SIB a 09 23


He has an experimental pedigree (RIEX). His father IC Golden Brendy Stebuklas*LT and mother CH Brita are "native" Lithuania's cats. We visited few shows and my boy reached International Champion title. However now Pushkin is neutered, I did not want to breed him. There are not many Siberians in Lithuania, it is very rare breed. In this case, I am trying to introduce this awesome and very natural breed to other people, already we gave few interviews to magazines.



The next Siberian in my life is
Jungle Jazz Stebuklas*LT (home name Jazz)
He is younger Pushkin’s brother; I bought him for my parents, who live in UK. So now he is living in London.



The first traditional Siberian in my life is Arubis Aldomara*PL (home name Rubin)
I bought him from Aldomara cattery, from Poland. I am very happy, that I have him. I always wanted to have a traditional Siberian (without any colour point gene). Rubin is our Prince, we all love him so much




On 15/16th of August we will go to the first Rubin's cat show in Olsztyn, in Poland.

I am very glad that I found this forum, I would like to make a huge number of friends who adores Siberians

About Siberian's situation in Lithuania:

There is only one Fife registered breeder, who breeds father and mother ("experimental siberians") of my first SIB Pushkin. However, till now, I was the first owner, who used to go to cat shows, other (younger and older) Pushkin's brothers and sisters are PETS. As I know, Pushkin's mother is going to be sterilized...

Also I have a friend, who breeds Neva Masquerade and is registered in WCF, this year her cat had a first litter with a Siberian boy (who has colorpoint gene), so there was only one SIB girl, others - Nevas. I do not know how many of them will be Pet or Show/breed class.

We have some Siberians lovers forum in Lithuanian language, but we do not talk about Nevas and traditional Siberians issues It was the main reason why I registered here, it's interesting to read all your topics about standard, genetics, breeding and to deepen my knowledge

The first time, when I visited a cat show with my Pushkin, I heard many comments... people in Lithuania thinks, that this breed is very "simple", that Siberians looks very similar as their "village cats" and etc... However, when I started to tell them how Siberians are unique, that truly they are similar to all "village cats", because they are ancestors, wild and natural cats... then I understood, that I am so addicted to this breed

This exhibition Fife WCF but we invited the judge to be the head of the specialized exhibition Sib NEM and we reported 60 pieces
